I have wanted one of these dolls for a very long time for a game/bar room display decoration. I never ordered myself one because I was always to worried about being scammed for thousands of dollars from a site that was either fake all together or one that sold knock off dolls. I did my research online for some time - reddit was helpful. I saw plenty of positive feedback for sexdolls-shop.com
Before I even considered ordering this doll, I reached out through the email provided by the website with a laundry list of questions, half not expecting a response. The customer service rep that I got was named Laura, and she was more than helpful.
Quick responses to all of my questions (which ended up being several emails back and forth). Not just automated responses, but very clearly a knowledgeable person. She provided me not just with answers - but links to my answers as well. Had her customer service not been as good as it was, I would not have purchased the doll at all. I give my entire stake in purchasing from this company to the customer service offered by Laura.
From before ordering all the way through delivery, she was there for anything I needed with very quick responses (in my opinion).
They alert you to everything, from purchase information to packaging. They even send you pictures before sealing the box - all to make sure you are SURE and good with your purchase BEFORE they mail it.
We had a small issue with my shipping label, but because they are so proactive and send emails with pictures, I noticed it. They corrected the label within just a few minutes of my email concerning the issue.
This company is fantastic - not only is the customer service better than most any other company I have ordered from (in general) but the actual shipping/delivery process is tailored to what YOU want and need.
Now for the doll:
She is very well made, no imperfections, and everything EXACTLY as advertised. They threw in so much "free" extra stuff that would normally have costed me an additional $200+ easily as well. The Doll is stunning to look at as well. I cannot wait to get the rest of what I need to properly display it for everyone who comes over to see.
I do not know if I will ever order another doll, as this is for display (although I would be lieing after seeing the doll if I wasn't temped to try it). However, if I do ever order another one, it will 100% with out a doubt be this company.
The doll is amazing, better than I imagined. The detail and quality is great. It is a little heavier than I expected but not an issue overall.

This is my first doll so it's hard to judge against another brand. I would totally buy another FunWest doll. I really love the softness of their TPE and their pictures match up to what you get. The doll is exactly what I ordered and was shipped quickly and packed well. Very little oil and she has held up perfectly in the 3 months. LHP seems fine. Sure they may not be 100% to where they should be but I have no problem using my doll in any position I want. I also think the weight of the doll is perfect. I can move her easily and she does not move off the bed when used. Details of the face are perfect and really well done. I would say don't get the body pain details because after a few uses it going to wear off. Powder makeup can be used to touch up nipples and other body coloring as you want. The doll fits well in small and extra small clothes. Buying from the sexdolls-shop was easy and when I had any questions they always got back to me. Never felt I was going to be out my money. When I get another doll I will totally use the sexdolls-shop again.
This was my first time purchasing a doll from here, and yes I was a bit skeptical. I was afraid that I was flushing money down the toilet. When the day of the doll's arrival came and opening up the box. To my surprise I received the doll I had specifically ordered from this website. Every modification I wanted done to the doll has met my request. I was very pleased that I wasn't scammed. So yes, if I ever wanted to get a second doll I would likely come back to this website.
She is a very fun doll that is great to look at, whether or not in use. The skeleton she has allows for various positions and can hold it's own weight if you don't have the knee or elbow joints carry it. I was expecting the eyes to be round balls, but instead they are half spheres, which doesn't really matter, just unexpected. The Gel breasts give a nice firm yet squishy feel while allowing them to hold their shape and bounce around.
Although you aren't able to fully customize your doll, being in-stock means you don't have to wait 2 months for the doll to be manufactured and shipped to customs. Since it is an in-stock doll, provided your choice of courier doesn't encounter their own hiccups, it will arrive within 3 days of shipping.
Besides the hook mount on the head and standing holes on the feet, there are no other open holes to worry about, allowing her to be easily cleaned.
She does weigh 75 lbs, so unless you're a strongman, I'd recommend trying to keep her stored where you can easily hang her up and take her down. The standing feet do ease my worries of damaging her when trying to lift her up, too.

Zelex does a great job with the SLE series. The boobs are fantastic, LHP is excellent, skin is soft with a subtle texture and not glossy at all. Very happy with this doll. Marco and his staff make it easy to find and order the doll that's right for you.
The only thing is that the wig wasn’t the same. Which is fine as I had a similar one. Looks great and feels great.

The service here is top notch, very little if not, no complaints whatsoever. The doll on the other hand, good quality, life-like and looks really good. The major issue is tearing, might be because of the size of the canals but I find myself having to repair the tears after use consistently. I'm maybe above average when it comes to size, would have requested a larger canal if I would have known tearing would be pretty common. Other than that no other major complaints, its just the constant maintenance is something to be truly mindful of. As usual paint does rub off overtime and surprisingly the stains that were from clothing seems to go away in a couple days after use and cleaning. Good doll, probably should of went with a removable insert as opposed to a fixed one.

I received the 5'4 163cm H-cup doll in good shape. The doll matches the images displayed on the website and is a certified WM Doll.
Just be warned the doll does weight around 50kg so take that into consideration and be prepared for her arrival. To move her around you need to be aware of your own physical state and strengh, and you need some space. Taking her out of her box can be tricky but she's well worth the effort.
The delays were respected and the sexdolls-shop staff were of great help.
They're quick to respond whenever you ask them questions and do their best to help you out in case of any unforseen issue.
