So overall the product is pretty good. It is just that the process could’ve been better. My doll came when I wasn’t even home and someone else ended up having to sign it. I ended up needing to find a good excuse for what is exactly in the box and its not great how that played out.

Not only is the doll well worth the money and top quality but the customer service is amazing with these guys. Amazon could learn some skills from these guys👌

This Doll’s breasts are great but the nipple coloring was peeling off when I opened the box. The shipping box was not labeled with a “this side up” label so the doll was flipped and stood not on the feet but on the neck. This made the doll come bent in awkward positions and could have caused skin or skeleton damage. The hymen feature was useless as it was unnoticeable so definitely not worth it. The ros head still feels difficult and awkward to have oral sex and doesn’t feel like that much of an upgrade compared to a regular head. The extra storage case I ordered came dented and feels like if I accidentally drop the doll on it, the box will collapse. So I hope it is not as flimsy as I assume it is because the doll is very heavy and awkward to handle and carry.The dolls skin and large penetrable breasts feel good to handle. The vaginal and anal cavities feel good to penetrate and simple to clean. The skeleton feels solid and is great for posing. The realistic painting for the veins is arousing and the realistic look and feel of the legs and hands is a sexy highlight. Overall the doll is excellent to cuddle and love. Customer service was competent and fast responding. I appreciate them reaching out to see if I was sure about my head options because I wanted to change my initial selection. Very helpful in finding what the customer is looking for and answering questions. Please continue to double check that the customer is sure they chose their preferred options.

The doll head has come with implanted hair. I did not know that. One problem in the initial brushing vs out of the hair using the included brush it filled up with the hair. I mentioned the hair because the wigs that came with the doll seem kind of superfluous. anyway, the unboxing went well. The doll is in perfect condition despite the rough handling by UPS so far I am pleased with my purchase.
I’ve had one other doll previously, and I have to say that the difference in quality is incredible. It’s absolutely worth it to spend a little more for the higher quality dolls.
The staff also really went the extra mile in making sure that the doll was made exactly to my specifications. Very happy with the product and the service.
service and helpfulness from sexdolls-shop was phenomenal. already have plans for another doll soon. doll itself: the hard hand option is blended nicely and cant really tell the change. the hard silicone head is a jarring texture change from the body. lastly the 100lb weight can make your body think you're working out while you're setting up, losing all interest in the process
I was surprised to see that the product I received was nearly identical to the product pictured, which is a pleasant surprise in an age when many companies lie about their products. If you are on the fence because you don’t believe their products are legit let me tell you…they are.

Perfect aside from the fact that the opening wasn't an opening. There was no hole for the insert, had to take care of that myself.

This comment needs a correction:
There was an opening; otherwise, you simply could not use your doll. If it had no opening, we would have replaced your doll.
The problem is that the cavity skin had kind of glued back together because it was so new.
The solution was to slowly insert an oil-lubricated finger into the vagina and separate the skin again. It takes about 20 seconds of work.

I was nervous about spending the money on a doll as a first time buyer however the communication has been excellent and the doll is a bit heavier than I was expecting even thorough I chose weight reduction, over all good experience
Highly recommend over life sized dolls.
